Job Description

Essential Duties:


? Provide clerical support to the team, including PO creation, artwork checking, etc;

? Assist with daily operational activities in product development, preproduction sample development, costing, preliminary screening and production tracking;

? Revise PO when changes occur;

? Assist in tracking production processes properly to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery dates requirements;

? Maintain supplier’s production tracking reports;

? Maintain department reports, spreadsheets and analysis;

? Assist in organizing samples;

? Set up and maintain SKU, UPC, and vendor information in system


Qualification:


? Education: College degree or above;

? No working experience is acceptable;

? Language Skill: Fluent in oral and written English;

? Good computer skills (especially in Excel).
