Job Description
职位描述
1) Receptionist service, including taking in charge of Telephone General Line, express sending and receiving;
2) Business travel arrangement, including but not limited to air-tickets and hotel booking (if needed);
3) Coordinate meeting organization and arrangement;
4) Office administration management in daily operation;
5) Fixed assets purchase and management;
6) Prepare Invitation Letters and give support for visa application.
7) Maintain EHR system, registration of attendance/absence, annual leave and overtime, Travel information;
8) Communicate with external vendors for ordering office stationery;
9) Support to organize company's teambuilding activities, annual meeting/party; 10) Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
要求与资质
Education: College degree and above, major in Business administration, Law, English literature or related.
Working Experience: young professional; 1-2 years working experience in multinational corporation will be an advantage.
English Skills: CET 4 and above, Good at spoken/written English;
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Windows 7 maintenance, domain maintenance, Good command of Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Personality: Patient, Loyal, Diligent, Easy-going, Careful, and Proactive;
Others: Ability to work under pressure;
