Job Description

JOB SPECIFICATIONS


  • Well-handle routine administration work and assist team operation

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, providing timely assistant support

  • Make and confirm appointment for Asia leadership, taking charge of travel logistic issue

  • Facilitate with event organizing, receiving visitors

  • Collect data, conduct basic document work, set up and maintains records and files

  • Enhance teamwork efficiency and process capabilities

  • Provide other secretarial work to Asia leadership

  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor (reporting to EA of Asia President/Admin Supervisor)

    EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

    (MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)


  • College degree or above in Administration and/or related

  • Minimum 3 years of assistant experience in MNC environment

  • Good communication skills and high collaboration spirit

  • High level of integrity and positive work attitude

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently

  • Service oriented

  • Good command of English
