Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Company switchboard management: pick up on time, answer the questions politely, transfer the phones
accurately, take the message if needed.
  • Help to receive the visitors, coordinate the conference room.
  • Send and receive the letters, express, etc. Express vendor management.
  • Office facilities and environment maintenance.
  • Book the hotel, local transportation for visitors if needed.
  • Stationeries and snacks’ purchasing and distributing.
  • Interview, meeting, appointment arrangements.
  • Name cards, envelops’ printing.
  • Support team buildings and meetings.
  • Admin payment application.
  • Others as request.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor or above.
  • Diligent, smart personality.
  • Be good at communication, good attitude, willing to service.
  • Fare English level (CET-4).
  • Fresh graduate or 1- year related experience.
