Admin
1. Assist with travel accommodations including visa application, hotel booking, transportation, etc.
2. Assist with new joiner, leaver, team transfer process.
3. Responsible for purchasing orders tracking
4. Analyze data, including data collection, consolidation and profile archive
5. Assist to company and department level programs and activities, including program coordination, document preparation and facility related tasks, etc.
6. Other assigned ad-hoc tasks per work requirement
Preferred Experience:
1. Excel skill,
2. Good verbal and writing skills in English
3. Good team work spirit
4. Great attention to details
5. Ability to work and communicate in a multinational people work environment
6. Can work proactively, take accountability and fulfill commitment
