Key Responsibilities:
主要职责:
Take some office reception’s duties including but not limited to arrange couriers, receiving visitors, meeting room booking, corporate car booking, driver management etc.
负责部分办公室接待的任务,包括但不限于接待访客,信件快递,会议室安排,车辆预订,司机管理等
Take initiative in daily administrative management to ensure a tidy and clean working environment
确保办公室整洁干净,并每日进行相关的行政检查
Review and update admin related Contracts and Business License regularly
定期查验相关的营业执照和相关合同的有效期和有效性
Prepare, follow and implement admin related projects, like office renovation, refurbishment, etc.
行政项目的筹备,跟进与实施,如办公室装修项目等
Work closely with Finance Department for any admin related expense settlement
与财务部协作,安排相关的行政费用付款
Be responsible for staff’s air ticket and hotel booking; Check, review and settle relevant travel expense claim on monthly basis
负责公司的机票和酒店的预订;每月跟进并核对相关的出差费用和报销事宜
Communicate with vendor effectively for any admin items’ quotation, and carry out the job efficiently
与供应商进行有效的沟通和报价,并跟进和实施相关工作
