Job Description
深圳市 福田区

Responsibility:

1.To maintain communication with Haifa office, Asia Area office, South China branches including PRD offices to get updated summaries/data, and maintain updated reports for South China district manager, such as renewed Marketing Agreement with local key accounts, each services performance figure, weekly meeting collection and updates, PPT files preparation, other management meetings, etc.

2.To make regular reports for regional office.

3.To handle foreign management member’s issues including medical insurance, body check, rental agreement, legal documents in China with immigration, work permit extension, residence permit extension, int’l & domestic flight booking, etc.

4.To maintain the relationship with government function offices such as MOC/Customs/Shenzhen Logistics International committee, TPM, port authority subsidy to carriers and other related issues.

5.To support admin team in related activities including seminar, workshop, training projects required by Area head office or Global headquarter. Other issues related with foreign staffs, such as Invitation Letters arrangement.

6.Handle legal cases and keep close contact with ZIM lawyer, ZIM overseas agents and related branches managers/department heads.

7.Other ad hoc tasks authorized.

Requirements:

1.College graduates or above.

2.Preferable to have secretarial or admin experience.

3. Fluent oral English ability is needed, English CET 6 or above is preferable.

4.High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, good communication, good team work spirit.

5.Basic skills in MS software. (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

6.Work under pressure.
