The overall responsibility of Admin Assistant & Receptionist is to help Administration Manager to make sure daily running smoothly of the whole office and occassionally provide admin support to Vice President.
Reporting to: Administration Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls professionally, transferring and taking messages upon necessity;
2. Welcome visitors or guests initially and transfer to the proper internal parties;
3. Coordinate the staff's travel issues, such as booking flight/train tickets and hotels;
4. Be responsible for company cars arrangement;
5. Book and manage the meeting room、stationary and office supply;
6. Be in charge of the company expresses;
7. Handle the expat payment process.
8. Involve in the organization of company event, i.e. Annual Party/Family Day/Outing etc..
10. Other duties assigned by manager/VP.
Qualification:
1. College/Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 1 year working experience and fresh graduates in 2018/2019 with high potenial is also welcome
3. Strong communication skills and proficient in English and Chinese for both written and oral
4. Good command of PC skills, especially MS Office skills
5. Smart, quick learner, willing to learn and good team work spirit
