Admin Assistant to Culinary

Hotel Overview:  

Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a1,200 square meter ballroom.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Consistently offers professional, Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor
  • Composing, typing, proofreading and later distributing memorandums, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, routine letters and other materials for correspondence.
  • Creating a calendar and keeping track of the appointments for Executives Chef
  • Manage the timelines & filing of Colleagues reviews, Vacations, Time off requests & corrective actions
  • Organize and File all Colleague reviews for Culinary (Annually)
  • Daily review of all scheduled colleagues in time saver to ensure proper coding and compliance with company policies
  • Complete Culinary Payroll for review by Executive Chef
  • Cost recipes as requested'
  • Format recipe requests and distribute to guest(s) that request
  • File and maintain records for Food Handler Cards
  • Co-ordinate Culinary Meeting notes for both colleague & management meetings
  • Track culinary training of colleagues as set by Executive Chef
  • Maintain F&B Communication Boards
  • Organized Culinary Recognition Program & Educational Outings
  • Coordinate Culinary purchases & maintain pars of colleague uniforms
