Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administrative support to the company
  • Assist in filing, scanning of documents
  • Manage and maintain office equipment, preform data entry work
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 years of experience in admin / clerical support
  • Good communication in English and Mandarin
  • Detail minded, proactive and good team player
  • Immediate available is preferred
