Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-quality day-to-day operational & daily administrative support to office.
  • Manage the administrative suppliers such as courier, property management, decoration vendors, car leasing companies, air-tickets agencies, etc.
  • To do the payment on time including , car rental, courier, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to travelers in terms of logistics arrangement and meeting organization.
  • Provide HR assistance in terms of recruiting arrangement and co-ordination, employee engagement activities arrangement, intern management and other tasks or projects as required
  • To complete other duties as assigned by the company

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor degree with 2+ years of experience in administrative field
  • Strong team player and self motivated
  • Independent, systematic and attentive to details
  • Eager to learn and hard working
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
