Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality day-to-day operational & daily administrative support to office.
- Manage the administrative suppliers such as courier, property management, decoration vendors, car leasing companies, air-tickets agencies, etc.
- To do the payment on time including , car rental, courier, etc.
- Provide administrative support to travelers in terms of logistics arrangement and meeting organization.
- Provide HR assistance in terms of recruiting arrangement and co-ordination, employee engagement activities arrangement, intern management and other tasks or projects as required
- To complete other duties as assigned by the company
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree with 2+ years of experience in administrative field
- Strong team player and self motivated
- Independent, systematic and attentive to details
- Eager to learn and hard working
- Proficient in spoken and written English
