Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to HR, Admin & Account Department
- Responsible for full spectrum of office administration and general clerical duties
- Handle reception duties including handling incoming calls & letters, arranging courier delivery, greeting guests etc.
- Handle office equipment maintenance & office cleanliness
- Assist in HR functions including recruitment, payroll & MPF and leave administration
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
- Proficient in computer application including MS word & Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Good telephone manner and able to handle multiple tasks
- Be self-motivated, detail-minded, good working attitude, strong communications skills and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available preferred
