Job Description

Responsibilities   

  • Provide general support to HR, Admin & Account Department
  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administration and general clerical duties
  • Handle reception duties including handling incoming calls & letters, arranging courier delivery, greeting guests etc.
  • Handle office equipment maintenance & office cleanliness
  • Assist in HR functions including recruitment, payroll & MPF and leave administration
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports 
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience 
  • Proficient in computer application including MS word & Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good telephone manner and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Be self-motivated, detail-minded, good working attitude, strong communications skills and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available preferred
