Key accountabilities

  • Provides administrative or secretarial services to the assigned business unit, coordinating complex meetings and off-site events, work arrangements, courier arrangements and travel in line with AZ policy

  • Co-ordinates, collates and communicates information at the detailed level & ensures the production of reports or analyses for the business

  • Handle cheque requisition, PR, PO creation and other payment related matters including follow-up on outstanding PR/PO after 6 months and submission and reversal of accrual.

  • Participates in establishing an understanding of (internal) customer requirements to ensure that planned meeting and services meet needs.

  • Take personal responsibility for all areas of SHE. Report all accidents, incidents and occupational illnesses to line manager in a timely manner, and participate in investigations to derive practical remedial actions.

Essential requirements

  • You have Bachelor Degree in Administration or similar

  • You have minimum 2 -3 years experience in administrative role or secretarial function

  • Excellent Written and spoken communications

  • You are a specialist of knowledge in relation to administrative/business support activities in the relevant area

  • Proficient in the use of relevant office equipment and systems

  • You are able to utilize and maintain systems for efficiency for both self and others

  • Customer Service Skills
