Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Admin: Provide MPF scheme administration support, including enrolment, contribution, switching and termination
- Hotline: Handle all inbound and outbound calls and email (no cross selling is needed)
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in relation to Pension Business
- Provide clerical and administration support to the team (including data input and filing, etc.)
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Preferably 1 year experience gained in customer service / hotline service
- Passed in MPF License Exam is an advantage
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
