Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Admin: Provide MPF scheme administration support, including enrolment, contribution, switching and termination
  • Hotline: Handle all inbound and outbound calls and email (no cross selling is needed)
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in relation to Pension Business
  • Provide clerical and administration support to the team (including data input and filing, etc.)

 

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Preferably 1 year experience gained in customer service / hotline service
  • Passed in MPF License Exam is an advantage
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
