在商务差旅中发生紧急问题时提供支持

5. Support for obtaining necessary visas for BT travelers

协助商务差旅者获得必要的签证

6. Support for foreign citizens that require visa for entering the country: sending official invitation letters to the traveler, sending information letter regarding visit to the Ministry of Affairs, support in contact with country-related embassies abroad

7. 支持外国公民办理签证进入中国：发送正式的邀请函，根据外交部要求发送信息函，与相关国家的大使馆保持联系

8. Support hotel reservation for HELLA visitors to China

协助访华海拉的客人预定酒店

9. Use the Hella nominated system to carry out travel booking and follow-ups

使用海拉指定的系统执行差旅预定和后续工作

1. Centralization of BT information: names, dates, prices for flights, hotels and car rental in abroad.

统筹管理商务差旅信息：姓名，差旅日期，航班费用，酒店费用，外国汽车租赁费用等

1. Maintaining and improving business relationships with BT vendors (hotels, travel agencies, rental car companies, insurance companies)

维持并改善与商务差旅供应商的业务关系（酒店，旅行社，汽车租赁公司，保险公司）

2. Collaboration with purchasing department in agreement signing process with different BT vendors

与采购部门协作，处理与不同的商务差旅供应商的协议签署过程工作

3. Collaboration with the Germany central Travel Management regarding travel procedures and guidelines

与德国总部差旅管理部门合作，制订差旅程序和指导方针

4. Support to the central Travel Management in updating information

支持中国区差旅管理部门更新信息

5. Other assignments given by the HCCC-TM head

其他中国区差旅管理部门负责人指派的工作

Requirements:

1. Good English, good oral English will be plus

2. College degree, majored in Administration or related

3. Familiar with office system, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Excel

4. Detail-oriented, Patient, Stable
