职位描述

Responsible for Thermofisher China Shanghai all commercial offices/labs general administration affairs, office management and employee activities/company events like family day.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day office general administration as per company guidelines/standards to ensure customer satisfaction, including but not limited to reception service and employee service, accountable for the performance and profitability of the operation

Supervise administration management policies and process, optimize administration systems and get continuously improvement as site base

Enhance each site admin team working capability and continuously deliver improved performance and new initiatives

Responsibility for employee service, through the analysis on recorded data and employee survey result for driving admin service improvement actions

Responsibility for shuttle bus management and route optimization

Responsibility for company executive vehicle management and make sure deliver high quality services

Responsibility for sourcing, negotiating and monitoring daily supplies, constantly driving for cost reduction initiatives and manage all general administrative costs effectively

Responsibility for express and freight management includes mail room service

Responsibility for meeting and conference room management and relevant logistics support

Responsible for employee care programs, through organize kinds of employees activities and benefits, increase employee engagement and enhance the sense of belonging and the pride to work at Thermo Fisher, support business growth

Handle and organize a grand scale employees event and activities, such as family day, working with Employee communication department for company events and activities organization, such as annual dinner, town hall, business meeting, etc

Understand company culture and business needs, then apply that knowledge and development plans to set up equality and diversity employee engagement management policy and working process, optimize and tracking all recording database, make detailed analysis for attendance rate and employee satisfaction

Other administrative job which assigned by China Sr. Admin Manager Other jobs when required & Support manager in related issues

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, English or administration majored is preferred
  • 12 or above years’ work experience in administration area is necessary, experience in multinational companies is preferred
  • Customer-focused
  • Result-orientated

Proactive, decisive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill, good problem solving skill

  • Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks
  • Passionate, self-motivated and responsible

can work under high pressure.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
  • Good computer skill (particularly with MS word, excel and power point).
