Job Description

This Admin Manager will be handling the general office admin, including office supplies, renovation, facilities, insurance, etc.

Client Details

Our client's office is in Central, they are looking for an experienced Admin Manager (with more than 10 years of experience) to join their Hong Kong team.

Description

The Admin Manager will have below responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall office administration function to ensure a smooth running of a professional office and to keep a safety work environment for all employees

  • Supervise an administration team to perform full spectrum of administration duties including but not limit to general office administration, transportation & shuttle bus arrangement, security control, housekeeping, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation and maintenance, service contracts renewal functions

  • To prepare and review service contracts and tender documents including evaluations and negotiations to ensure the terms and vendor services are in line with company policy and meet with the company quality standard

  • Coordinate with the Facilities team to carry out renovation / maintenance work including obtaining and analyzing quotations, site supervision and co-ordination and liaison with all stakeholders

  • Communicate closely with other in-house teams for any office issues and be willing to perform office-related tasks requested by Management Team

 

Profile

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in office administration gained from sizeable corporations, with solid exposure in project coordination and management
  • Previous experience in office relocation or renovation project, interior fitting-out work and facility management is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of managing internal customer demands and external vendor performance
  • Well versed with MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • People-oriented with tactful communication skills and collaborative working style
  • Flexible, willing to be hands-on and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, attentive to details and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Willing to provide ad hoc support during non-office hours if required
  • Immediately available preferred
