Job Description

Job Description:-

  • Provide secretarial and administrative supports to Chairman & GM, including but not limited to organize & schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
  • Handle request & queries from Senior Management;
  • Update & maintain office policies & procedures;
  • Develop & maintain a filing system;
  • Order office supplies & research new deals & suppliers;
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines;
  • Book travel arrangements;
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff;
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes;
  • Assist to organize company events and trainings;
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.

 

Job Requirements:-

  • Diploma or additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus;
  • Minimum 2 years in administrative or secretarial experience;
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint in particular);
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, good in English and Mandarin
  • Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task;
  • Independent, polite with can-do attitude
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
