Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all rounded admin related matters inclusive of admin projects, leave data and branches administration
  • Prepare related reports and analysis for management review on a monthly basis
  • Handle filing to ensure accuracy & conformance with regulations
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned by the management

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from FMCG/Retail/Trading and Distribution industries
  • Well versed with HK Labor Ordinance
  • Excellent team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and capable to work across all levels
  • Able to work under tight schedules and react to change
  • Proficient in PC applications in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Immediately available is preferred
