Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all rounded admin related matters inclusive of admin projects, leave data and branches administration
- Prepare related reports and analysis for management review on a monthly basis
- Handle filing to ensure accuracy & conformance with regulations
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from FMCG/Retail/Trading and Distribution industries
- Well versed with HK Labor Ordinance
- Excellent team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and capable to work across all levels
- Able to work under tight schedules and react to change
- Proficient in PC applications in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferred
