Job Description
上海市
  • Regular reception work (phone, receive visitors, contact list updated and other receptionist related routine tasks)
  • Arrange mail & delivery pick-up and receipts
  • On-going office maintenance (i.e. work with landlord for office cleaning, maintenance and repair)
  • Replenish office supplies such as stationary, business card, bottle water and other business necessities
  • Responsible for team assistant role and keep company image in a good level
  • Organize employee internal activities and training
  • Monthly express/stationary/business travel expense report
  • Other ad-hoc missions given by the line manager


任职要求:


Work experience

  • Experience in related function is a plus
  • Language: Good English speaking and writing
  • Technical skills MS Office
  • College Diploma in Technical discipline, one year working experience


Interpersonal skills

  • Personl image in a good level
