Job Description

Job description:

1. Responsible for incoming phone calls pick up and transfer. Make records for important items and pass the information to related colleagues

2. Provide reception services to visitors, including visitor greetings and badges preparation

3. Responsible for pickup, sorting and delivery of mail and packages for in-house deliveries

4. Meeting room reservation coordination and to make good use of limited resources

5. Provide office services, including stationery order, water order, office supplies order, name card order etc.

6. To maintain the office facilities and equipment, such as door system, phone system, coffee machine, copy machine etc.

6. Provide the administrative support for new staffs on aboard, update contact list timely

7. Monthly Admin payment application preparation

8. Other office administrative work assigned

Job requirement:

1. Morn than 1 year working experience, new graduates or someone with relevant working experience are taken into consideration

2. College degree or above

3. Good command of English in spoken and written

4. Good computer skills including Microsoft office

5. Excellent communication skills and team work spirit
