Job Description

1. According to the site business development plan, to maintain and continuously optimize the admin budget and cost controlling; guarantee the admin resources used in an efficient way;

2. Manage the supplier to make sure the facility management including cleaning, canteen catering, pest control, landscape and other admin affairs in accordance with business requirements.

3. Support Site Heads for business travel, e.g. flight booking, hotel reservation, reimbursement claiming etc. 为工厂负4. Purchase office device/equipment, stationaries, business card and printing stuffs for business purposes.

5. Manage the company seal/stamp, fixed assets of admin, office keys, accessing card distribution and fingerprints registration.

6. Organize and support the site level team activities including annual dinner and company touring.

7. Manage the meeting rooms and support the VIP visiting, auditing, meeting and training. 8.Regularly review the performance of admin service providers, to make sure the effective suppliers management.


Qualifications:

1. College degree or above

2. At least 2 years of work experience within administrative positions

3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive information

5. Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills

6. Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
