Responsibilities

• 负责公司会议安排如订餐等
• Responsible for company meeting arrangement such as meal planning and etc.
• 负责机票与酒店预订
• Responsible for flight ticket & hotel reservation
• 负责公司办公用品的申请/采购/保管/使���以及清点,公司行政库房的盘点管理工作,汇总各部门每月办公用品消耗量及费用
• Responsible for company office supplier’s apply/purchasing/custody/use and inventory. Management of admin warehouse and inventory.Summarize all department usage and cost on monthly.
• 负责公司及分公司的行政费用的统计,汇总及申请
• Responsible for summarizing and applying admin expense of company and branch company
• 负责公司EMS和快递的管理工作,统计每月发生的费用等
• Responsible for EMS and post management, statistic monthly cost.
• 负责办公楼的美化及维护,给大家创造优雅、舒适的工作环境
• Responsible for office building beautify and maintenance, to create a comfortable, nice working condition.
• 负责公司开展各项活动的后勤支援工作,如员工生日会,员工体检,年会等各项活动
• Responsible for supporting on all company activities, such as birthday party, body check, annual dinner and etc.
• 负责公司行政财产物资登记/造册,定期盘点
• Responsible for admin property register, regular check.
• 负责公司设备及物品的维护和保修,保证办公设备的顺畅运行
• Responsible for company equipment and product maintaining to ensure office facility working smooth.
• 负责公司项目维修,施工等的协调,提供更加舒适的环境。
• Responsible for company the coordinator for Maintenance  andcoordinator with vender, to create a nice working environment.
• 负责公司保安、保洁人员,��务人员及其工作的管理,和车辆的管理工作
• Responsible for company security, cleaning, factory affairs’ management, and working management and vehicle management.
• 负责贩卖机的管理,每月收支平衡报告.
• Be responsible for management of Sales Machine and monthly cost balance report.
• EHS & 5S 相关工作
• EHS & 5S related work.
• 负责行政其他事宜
• Responsible for other admin issue.
• 完成部门及领导安排的其他工作
• Complete the other working issue assigned by dept. and manager.


Requirements

• 5 years above working experience in admin.
• 5年以上行政工作经验
• Bachelor degree or above.
• 大学本科及以上学历
• Good command of English
• 良好的英语水平
• Good Office Software Skills
熟练应用办公软件
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• 优秀的沟通技巧和人际关系技巧
• Positive working attitude and can work under pressure
• 乐观的工作态度,能够承受工作压力
