Duties
1、 Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
负责接听公司电话总机和转接电话,提供并转达相关信息,安排预约。
2、 Perform administrative support tasks such as scanning, copying, printing, binding documents and file management if required.
支持各项行政工作,包括扫描,复印,打印,装订的文件和档案管理的需要。
3、 Send and receive fax, daily check fax machine report and report the failure to sender, deliver the receiving fax to the right person in time.
发送和接收传真,检查传真机的日常报告和未能发送报告,将接收到传真派发给接收者。
4、 Send and receive mails, keep all the bills and record mailing list. Be responsible for courier management and ensure the shipment could be arranged safely and timely.
发送和接收信件,并记录。负责快递管理和确保货物能及时安全送达。
5、 Manage meeting rooms & cars booking, business cards & document materials printing etc.
安排并管理会议室、车辆调度、名片和文件材料的制作。
6、 Be responsible for stationery and make a database to keep the records for out of or in storage.
负责管理和订购文具,并核查文具数据库信息。
Requirements:
1、 College above degree, Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
大专以上学历,良好的口头和书面英语及普通话。
2、 At least 1-year working experience in reception/ office administration or relevant field
至少1年行政或前台的相关领域的工作经验。
3、 Proficient computer skills in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
精通MS Office Word Excel和PowerPoint等计算机Office软件。
4、 Good sense of service and responsibilities with strong initiative, peasant, cheerful, helpful and outgoing personality 有较强的服务意识,乐于助人,以及较强的责任感,包括较强的工作主动性,性格活泼开朗。
