Job Responsibilities:

  • Office Management & service standard

  • Standardization/optimization develops sustainably for Mobile phone services efficiency and payment process.

  • Play as the key contact window for to ensure timely response on user's requirement and quality services delivered; qualified/ efficient report provide.

  • Monitoring shuttle bus/ driving services / MP services satisfaction

  • Support Team Leader to stick up for routine management.

  • Assist Team Leader for other appointed issues and specified projects.

  • Responsible for administration support; Assure that company runs smoothly under all circumstances; Make sure company meets all normal safety standards.

  • Responsible for administrative paperwork, planning, reports, etc

  • Responsible for company meetings, and other secretarial support

  • Responsible for the management of company assets

  • Responsible for company certification applications and annual inspections

  • Responsible for management of company papers, and regular archiving and classification

  • Responsible for company safety

  • Responsible for office fluent funds, daily payments, keeping accounts and reimbursements
