康宁公司的显示科技事业部生产主要应用于LCD电视、笔记本电脑和平板显示器的有源矩阵液晶显示器（“LCD”）玻璃基板。

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Maximize resources and Coordinate cross-function opinions.
• Handle the ER & office administration functions staffing and people management.
• Ensure the functions execution high quality.

Function 1: ER

• General Affairs: Maintain uniform delivery, Cafeteria offering, shuttle bus arrangement, housekeeping and landscape, hotel, Reception, Gym, employee club etc.
• Hold Plant-wide activities to create a positive working environment. such as family day, annual dinner, annual travel, sports etc.
• Publicity of various activities and relative Admin issue.
• Build and Maintain good relationship with internal and external department.
• Handle employee urgent cases.
• Control cost in ER team.
• Join meeting and committee in GZ plant
   
  Function 2: office administration
• Co-work with HR to  New employee training and onboarding.
• Co-work with SHE to keep safety in ADM area
• Co-work with project team for all layout pre-work/ planning.
• General Vendor Management.
• Other task assigned by ADM manager
   
   
  Project involved with:
  According to requirement from project team to support in Admin function
   
   

Education & Experience  

• Bachelor Degree, major in business administration, human resources or related.
• 8 years above experience in administration management; 3 years experience in employee relations.
• Experience in successfully organizing major event.
