Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Apply for reimbursement and keep records for following up.


  • Track petty cash usage history and keep records
- Provide administrative support on meeting arrangements, including conference room booking and lunch ordering
- Provide administrative support on travel arrangements, including fight/train ticket booking, hotel reservation and transportation arrangements.
- Other administrative errands

Key competencies:
- Details oriented and efficient
- Initiative and responsible, results driven
- Multi-task capacity and self motivated

Technical skills:
- 1-2 years relevant working experiences as assistant.
- Familiar with MS Office software.
