Admin for Foreign Company

An English speaking lady with China bookkeeping/HR experience for a small foreign office to take charge of needs of employee forms/formats and HR requirements and reporting compliances for overseas company.

Keep petty cash and other basic bookkeeping needs, 5 to 10 people, all English speaking only.
Experienced in Secretarial, administration or translation desirable. Must have excel and powerpoint and very good English.
