RESPONSIBILITIES 职责描述
? 负责监督、检查、落实公司行政制度的执行;
Responsible to supervise and inspect the implementation of administrative rules and regulations in Shanghai office;
? 完成所负责部门内的行政工作,包括但不限于行程管理、会议安排、费用报销等;
Handle administrative work within departments which includes but not limited to travel management, meeting arrangement and expense reimbursement etc..
? 协助行政主管支持公司重要会务及活动的策划、组织、接待等工作;
Assist Administration Supervisor to support on the company important meeting and event which includes but not limited to organiztion and reception work etc..
? 负责公司文件、流程、制度等的归档和管理等相关工作;
Document/material preparation and filing;
? 完成行政主管交办的其他工作,追踪结果并及时汇报。
Complete other tasks assigned by Administration Supervisor, follow up the results and report timely.
QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求
? 本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
? 英语及普通话流利,沟通协调能力强
Proficient in both English and Mandarin, excellent communication and coordination skills
? 3年以上行政助理相关工作经验
At least 3 years working experience of Administration Assistant
? 熟练操作office软件
Proficient user of office software, especially Outlook and Word, Excel
