This position will be responsible for handling staff sales, warehouse operations, meeting room settings and performing mail room duties.
Responsibilities
- Handle staff sales activities independently
- Manage inventory and operations of warehouse
- Assist in mail room operations and logistic flow of daily parcels and documents
- Support on meeting rooms set up
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communications skills to both internal and external customers
- Mature with attention to details
We offer 5-day work week. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
