Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation, tender, proposal and administration support to Marketing Team
  • Coordinated with customer, such as government department, property management company etc.
  • Prepare regular monthly reports
  • Assist for contract administration and budget planning
  • Attend tendering meeting with client at face to face basis as requested
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • F.7 or above
  • (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Good in Chinese Word Processing
  • Work well with figures, and with high level of accuracy
  • Immediate availability would be an advantaged
  • Willing to work under pressure & self-motivated
