Description:
1. Responsible for the construction and management of the administrative office system, inspection system and filing system
2. Responsible for the construction and management of the administrative office expenses, fixed assets and office discipline system
3. Responsible for organize the regular meeting, quarterly and annual meeting
4. Responsible for the audition and the proofreading of the English documents

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 2+ years relevant working experience;
3. Excellent organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills;
4. Strong interpersonal communication and bilingual writing skills;
5. Superior multi-culture skills;
6. Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook;
7. Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
