Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls ;
- Visitor management. Receipt visitors and support visitors on invitation, accommodation, transportation etc;
- Meeting room arrangement and management;
- Coordinate Treat team member schedules when required;
- 5S coordination and management;
- Manage building & office badge;
- Operate office facility and stationery management;
- Handle office expense application timely and operate in SAP;
- Coordinate with office suppliers including but not limited in office lord/property management, courier, travel agency, office facility provider etc;
- Organize employee committee to work on team events and activities facilitation;
- Emergency response support;
- Office risk identification and improvement;
- Other tasks assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
At least 3 Years office admin work experience
A Bachelor degree
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Chinese native, English very good:
Ability to read and interpret basic documents.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
COMPUTER SKILL:
Familiarity with Windows environment. Ability to learn software applications quickly. Experience with computer applications such as work processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
