Job Description
Main purpose of job工作概要:
- Assistance to the General Manager and support the HR Manager.总经理助理及支持HR经理
Required Qualifications基本要求:
- university degree 本科
- very good knowledge in Office-tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) 熟练使用Office软件
- very good English skills (spoken and written)良好的英语(口语和写作)能力
Key duties / (Main) Responsibilities主要职责:
Assistance to the General Manager in all fields of daily operations.、
支持总经理的日常工作;
- In charge of office supply purchasing, company car, canteen, cleanning and lockerroom management;
负责办公用品申购,公司车辆,食堂,宝洁和更衣室管理;
- Handling visitor coordination activities.
处理协调访客接待工作;
- Communication with authorities, associations, customers, suppliers and business partners.
保持和政府,协会,客户,供应商和业务伙伴的联系;
- Support of the HR Manager in all HR activities like recruitment, preparation of work contracts, attendance, training and administration.
支持HR经理进行招聘,合同准备,考勤计算,培训和其他基础性工作;
- General Administration.负责总务
- Act in compliance with EHS rules and regulations, be authorized to correct nonconformity and propose about continuous improvement of EHS system.严格遵守EHS规章,有权利制止违章并对EHS体系的持续改进提出建议;
- Other assignments by supervisor其他上级交付的任务。
