Administration Assistant

 Job Description

  • Provide full range of administrative support such as data entry, filing and clerical support etc.
  • Products Delivery
  • Office administration
  • Assist in marketing activities
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as required


Job Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE standard or above
  • Minimum 1 year or above administrative or clerical experience is preferred
  • Good in PC applications in MS Office and Chinese /English word-processing
  • Independent, self-motivated and hard working
  •  Basic command of spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Working Hours: 9:30am – 18:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Office will be relocated to Kowloon Bay at the end of October
