Roles and Responsibilities

You will take up important roles of supporting the Front Desk and Office Administrative function.

Administration Assistant duties including but not limited to:

− Managing the front desk reception including greeting visitors and handling guests’ phone calls;

− Arranging incoming and outgoing mail and courier coordination;

− Providing secretarial support to the Senior Management;

− Coordinating conference room booking and meeting logistics;

− Organising filings of various documents;

− Coordinating meetings and managing staff travelling matters;

− Assisting with general Office Administrative functions; and

− Supporting ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Skills and Requirements

− Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of solid experience in administrative support or office clerical job;

− Strong organisation and communication skills;

− Professional and courteous customer service techniques;

− Comfortable working along team members and clients of international background;

− Languages: good working proficiency in English; additional language skill is a plus; and

− IT skills: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word) proficiency.
