Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Administration Manager
  • Perform data entry and maintain the update records in the school information system
  • Back up the Receptionist as required
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 year relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
