Job Description
The primary focus of this role is the administration of financial lines trade cycle processes including maintenance of DUAL’s quoting system, sending renewal notices, policy documentation and underwriting support for the team. This role also includes additional office administration tasks such as stationery ordering, maintaining and booking meeting rooms and additional ad hoc tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to get their start in the Insurance industry and is looking for a company with progression opportunities.

A suitable candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years experience in administration (previous experience within the insurance industry is preferred but not essential). You must be well presented with a professional image and have excellent communication/ relationship building skills. Candidates will have successfully completed a Diploma or Degree in Finance (or similar) and will also be proficient in both Cantonese and English.

Other duties will include;

• Ensuring timely delivery of the following renewal processes for the Financial Lines "small-business" renewal portfolios:

• Renewal extraction and upload

• Expiry Notices

• "Fast Track" quotations

• Follow-Up correspondence

• Binding

• Receive training on new products and processes where required
