Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- To provide general administrative and clerical support to the team to ensure the smooth operations
- To liaise with internal & external parties on payment records & invoicing and settle the payment on time
- To provide assistance and answer enquiries of residents or any other parties
- To handle incoming & outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
- To maintain filing system and inventory of stationery for the team
- To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by superior
- Working location in property management office
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or equivalent
- At least 1 year's relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, nimble, self-motivated, well organized, willing to learn and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
