Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties, including telephone handling, courier arrangement and guest greeting
  • Responsible for monthly attendance report
  • Administration support such as facilities and office equipment maintenance and office supplies replenishment
  • Organize meeting facilities set and refreshment
  • Perform any other ad-hoc project as assigned

 

Requirement :

  • HKCEE / DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Good command of computer skills including MS Office & Chinese typing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
  • Cheerful, punctual, flexible with can-do attitude
  • Candidate with less experience but high caliber will also be considered

Comfortable working for a global company in an international work environment

Work Location: Hong Kong Island
