Job Description
We are now looking for a Administration Clerk for our client and current
projects.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Provide administrative support to managerial and directorate officer
- Handle correspondences in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a registry for monitoring and the smooth logistics of files for managers
- Manager and Facilitate directorate officers' use at the Venus
- Executive the managers' daily calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist in marketing venue facilities, including preparation of promotion materials
- Handle meeting arrangement, prepare presentation and meeting materials and other logistics arrangements
- Update and maintain hirers' records and programme information and perform ad hoc duties assigned by senior officers whenever operational needs arise
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or equivalent or above
- At least 5 years related experience in customer services, administrative / clerical in sizable company, experience in government department is preferred
- Proficiency in MS office, Adobe Acrobat and Chinese character input
- Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
- A good team player, highly responsible, proactive and well-organized with good interpersonal/multi-tasking skills
