Job Description
We are now looking for a Administration Clerk  for our client and current projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to managerial and directorate officer
  • Handle correspondences in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a registry for monitoring and the smooth logistics of files for managers
  • Manager and Facilitate directorate officers' use at the Venus
  • Executive the managers' daily calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Assist in marketing venue facilities, including preparation of promotion materials
  • Handle meeting arrangement, prepare presentation and meeting materials and other logistics arrangements
  • Update and maintain hirers' records and programme information and perform ad hoc duties assigned by senior officers whenever operational needs arise

Requirements
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or equivalent or above
  • At least 5 years related experience in customer services, administrative / clerical in sizable company, experience in government department is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS office, Adobe Acrobat and Chinese character input
  • Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
  • A good team player, highly responsible, proactive and well-organized with good interpersonal/multi-tasking skills
