Job Summary
  

The vacancy of Administration Clerk has arisen within the Cost Control Department. The following will be the duties for the position:

    

- Daily inputting of internal stock transfers  

- Daily inputting of invoices & follow up with suppliers on any discrepancies

- Review of micros posting
- Stock taking & inputting of inventories
- Participation in costing exercises
- Preparation of ad hoc reports as requested by management

 

Ideally candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • O level standard of education
  • Previous work experience in data entry
  • Basic knowledge of Excel

Previous experience in Cost Control coupled with knowledge of Materials Control will be considered an asset.
