Job Description

Job Duties & Job Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial to Directors on business and personal matters
  • Provide general clerical support and administrative support to the office
  • Prepare various business reports and presentation materials
  • Maintain proper filing systems
  • Handle correspondences, minutes, reports, proposals and confidential documents as required
  • Work closely with other departments to provide administrative support to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Manage and coordinate internal/external communication
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Job Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Mature, well-organized, detail-oriented, pleasant and independent
  • High sense of responsibility and willing to work overtime, self-motivated and able to work under pressure on tight schedules
  • Immediate available is preferable

 

Work Location: Tuen Mun (10 mins distance to MTR station)
