Job description:
- Provide excellent reception services
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and polite manner
- Handle of incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, orders and deliveries
- Responsible for sourcing office supplier.
- Manage and control the expenses of office supplies.
- Responsible for office storage management.
- Responsible for office environment and cleanliness management
- Responsible for meeting room management.
- Support cross-functional admin.
- Manage and order office stationary and pantry supplies.
- Responsible for business trip arrangement, hotel and ticket reservation etc.
- Other general admin duties (ad hoc)
Working Location: Tsuen Wan
Requirements:
- Diploma graduate or above
- Minimum of 2-5 years solid experience in receptionist/ office administrative duties
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Ensures a warm, friendly and professional welcome for all guests visiting
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
- Well organized with a strong sense of responsibility
- Presentable, cheerful, responsible and self-motivated
