Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant: administrative department reports to: Administrative Manager

Administrative assistant is mainly assist administration manager to work. Administrative assistant job with company operation security, working content over a plurality, but a basis.

1、to assist administration manager to complete the company administrative work and daily affairs within the Department;
2、to assist the administrative department manager for housekeeping, security management, for other departments to provide timely and effective administrative services;
3、business arrangements: Well, before preparing for the meeting and the content of the work;
4、participate in the company administration, procurement management;
5、do the materials collection and management of files and documents, a draft document, document receiving work;
6、to assist with the interview reception, meeting, training, organization and arrangement of the company group activities, such as holidays condolences;

Job Requirements:
1,、Bachelor degree or above;
2,、Foreign students whose mother tongue is English;

Welfare treatment:
