Job Description:
• Perform general office administrative support
• Assist in organizing company event or training
• Provide clerical support to office administrative work
• To prepare presentation materials, reports, meeting agenda and minutes.
• Support the departmental works and handle ad-hoc project
• Organize and maintain the filing system
Requirement:
• Form 7 / DSE or above
• 2 years or above solid administrative work experience, preferable in insurance sales support
• Hard working with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good organizational skills
• Good team player, proactive, positive and attention to details
• Good command of spoken Chinese, Mandarin & English
• PC proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
