Job Description

Administration Executive (Part time)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration and operations support
  • Prepare monthly reports for different activities
  • Handle accounts payable, invoicingand expense reports
  • Provide basic HR administrative support
  • Arrange mail and courier services
  • Coordinate with IT vendors
  • Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • University degree with minimum 1 year in office administration experience
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin - both verbal and written
  • Reliable, independent and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Outgoing personality, presentable, sociable, hard working, a team player with a responsible attitude
  • Sound PC knowledge
  • Working Hours: 09:00-13:00 (Monday to Friday)
