Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Admin related duties including its support, insurance, cleaning, uniform, repair and maintenance, etc.
- Responsible recruitment activities including headcount maintenance, job advertising, interview scheduling and onboarding preparation, as well as leave administration
- Responsible and maintain employee database, staff records, leave and attendance administration and time card calculation.
- Responsible for incoming calls, visitors or enquiries greetings
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- HKDSE / Form 5 or above, 2 years working experience in the retail field
- Good command in English, Cantonese
- Good PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing is a must
- Detail-minded with a pleasant personality
- Well conversant in Employment Ordinance in Hong Kong
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is highly preferred
