At least 8 years Admin or regular affair related working experience in multinational company,including 3 years people manager role.

Bachelor degree above.

Good at business document writing both in English and Chinese.

Proficiency using- Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.

Strong communication skills.

Active solve problem, responsible, self-motivate.

Focus on both internal and external customers.

Accurate, positive, effective behavior in work.

Energetic and passionate.

Highly collaborating with others & strong team spirit.
